The Church of St. Peter offers a special education religious education program for people of all ages with learning disabilities. The group meets on Sunday mornings from 9:00-10:15 a.m. (during the school year).
Students begin each class session together for a readiness period, then dived into two groups for a presentation period.
One group is for those who will be receiving the sacraments of reconciliation and Eucharist in the next year or two.
The other group uses their session to study the Sunday Gospels and learn how to apply the Bible teachings to their modern lives.
